Politicians have exerted excessive control over American lives due to the Coronavirus scare. The virus is real. The response is a hoax. Their decisions to close businesses, shut down air travel, order citizens to shelter in place, etc has caused extreme financial hardships that are unimaginable. Their scare tactics are another shoddy attempt to remove President Trump from office since their other pathetic attempts have failed. Stocks are crashing, businesses are going bankrupt, life savings are being depleted, bans have been put on the sale of firearms/ammunition and criminals are being released early from jail “for their safety” from the virus, et cetera. Unacceptable!!

Politicians campaign about their unwavering concern for their citizens while making millions off the tax payers’ backs. They say their actions are to protect and serve but they never really feel our pain. They are exempt. It’s time they put their money where their mouths are. I am calling for an immediate and significant reduction in pay or pay freeze for all politicians (federal, state and local levels) until their restrictions on us have been lifted and the economy returns to business as usual. Let’s see how many of them support this idea. Some might, but many won’t. Those who won’t are all about the benjamins. There might be a few who rise to the level of President Trump who leads by example and has forgone his salary since he took office. His salary has been donated to various government entities to improve their functionality and improve the quality of life for ALL Americans. He truly cares and his actions show it. 

It’s time politicians endure the pain they inflict on the rest of us. Please join me in this endeavor!
