Sonja Broom was the most helpful , professional Flight Service Manager and was always available to assist us even after  she was promoted to a higher position. She would help us during her days off and was always around to assist you  even if she wasn’t your personal supervisor. Sonja is caring , empathetic, understanding and treated us with respect, and  we all admire her .She was truly the backbone of MIA and the bridge that we need between management and crew .She  gave her life ,34 years , to AA and deserves to be brought back . There are many Flight Attendants that can attest to her professionalism and will tell many stories of how she helps others in times of need , even away from  AA. This is a huge loss for Miami based FAs and Mia Flight Service. AA ,please extend the olive branch to the hard working FAs and reinstate Sonja. She’s the one we trust, admire and adore . She’s the one that treats us like humans, not an employee number. We want her back.
