Hi everyone, my heart goes out to our PHX base manager Jamie Field who was let go recently from the company. These are hard times, American Airlines made a huge mistake letting her go. I am starting this petition to help her come back as a flight attendant. She was a flight attendant with America West and became a supervisor. With her supervisor role at America West she had to forfeit being able to come back on the line as a flight attendant. Now we are under American and a new contract. Others that were flight attendants before were given the opportunity to come back to the line. 

We realize there are many great ones that people want back and that's just not the reality but she is truly well deserving and has expressed how she wishes she could be back on the line. 

She was an amazing manager, putting her whole heart into her job. She remembered everyone as best as she could and always was someone you could talk to in hard times. She was always on our side, being very understanding but never comprising the rules.

These are hard times, we have our jobs and are facing uncertainty but she lost her job sooner than possibly thought. Myself and others needed her to navigate these times. She was a team player you want on your side.

Please help us sign this petition to get Jamie Field the opportunity to come back at least as a flight attendant, like others were given the opportunity, as she truly loved this company and career.

I hope American can work something out to bring such an asset back who had such a passion for this company and everyone in it.
