We have a window of opportunity to implement changes to our governing documents in an expeditious manner. The documents can be found on our association website:

If you are in agreement with the following changes, kindly sign this Petition so they may be presented to the Board.  

Article 12 (page 37/174):

• Add language requiring a background search for tenants and HOA approval of same (criminal and sexual offender);
• Restrictive covenant requiring ownership for twelve (12) months prior to renting the property.

Bylaws Article 4 Board of Directors (page 67/174)

• Section 4.1 to be amended to adjust the number of Board of Directors from three (3) persons to five (5) persons.

These changes were agreed to unanimously by a focus group of residents. Please note that there were many other suggestions but they were not agreed to unanimously.  In the interest of moving swiftly it was determined that it was best to proceed with these two (2) simple changes which will benefit RPP for many years to come.
