Are we receding backwards to the pre-DeKensian era, ……'permission to speak sir.'
To speak, "freely," is how a society is created, i.e. democracy, so if this Bill, is to represent the coming/forming of the society, …..heaven help us.

This Orwellian Fascism is on par with the TREASON against the Children of Australia that is already being enacted by the ongoing facilitation of corporate criminality, removal of individual rights, and punitive ideological propaganda and scare tactics used on an ignorant, gullible and complacent "middle class".
It is ultimately directed at the binding and sodomising the Children of Australia for the pleasure of tax-dodging multi-national corporates and the other bum-buddies of Turnbulls criminals..

Australian interests should be prioritised and transparency of and about foreign interests is a reasonable part of putting Australia first.

A badly-worded bill is disaster. A badly-worded bill that could endanger freedom of speech is double-plus disaster. Such a bill should be worded so carefully that not even the most ignorant moron could misinterpret it and not even the cleverest power-lusting politician could abuse it.

My surgeon is a member of the Australasian College of Surgeons, all surgeons are, but as it is shared with NZ he is an agent of a foreign power - what rubbish. Send the Bill back to Committee or the rubbish bin. It is absurd.

This Bill is badly worded, fails to stop foreign interference with our democracy, and punishes Australian Citizens with new restrictions on Freedom of Speech and Association.
It is so badly worded the Attorney-General himself the sponsor of the Bill could be considered an agent of foreign influence!
