I am calling for change in Northern Ireland to amend power sharing rules. 

The blocking of the formation of an Executive in Northern Ireland has meant that in the last 6 years Northern Ireland has spent more time with no functioning Executive than with a functioning Executive. 

It needs to stop. Enough is enough. We are in a position where there is money available which cannot be spent on mental health, investment in the economy and the ongoing fuel crisis - all because there is no way to pay this money to the people of Northern Ireland because of there being no functioning Executuve.
