With the recent passage of Act 366, the Louisiana Department of Health implemented new regulations regarding Delta-8 products. With the new regulations, stores are no longer able to sell Delta-8 Inhalant products such as oils, concentrates, and flower. This new regulation negatively impacts businesses in Louisiana as well as consumers who don’t like edibles or topical lotions. We think that this new regulation is BS and you should too!
