In the State of Arizona, A.R.S. 23-1501 allows businesses and educational institutions to terminate an individual's employment without cause and with no evaluation reports or other due process rights. The employment can be terminated anytime during the individual's contract or offer letter. I have reached out for legal representation, but no one has taken my case for wrongful termination.
