This petition serves as initiation to reestablish a HOA for Amelia Place Subdivision, terminate CAM as management, and hire another management company.
Currently, we have an autocratic board that doesn’t demonstrate transparency and are unapproachable. The bylaws are generic and doesn’t meet the criteria of our community. The Management company has demonstrated lack of trust and demonstrates unfairness during their tenure.
