Currently an 11 year old autistic boy named Draven Graham is missing in Kawartha Lakes. Many people have  commented on the situation asking why no amber alert has been issued. Due to "criteria" needing to be met, missing children dont fall under the amber alert category. I, myself as well as MANY other believe that the criteria should be updated and all children abducted, missing, ect should be issued as an amber alert through the emergency broadcast systems!  If you agree please sign this petition and share it to others!!!
