Ambassador Osius: Please let my uncle visit my dying grandmother

My uncle, Phuc Ho, was rejected for an expedited B-2 visa to the U.S. twice this summer. He has been attempting to visit his terminally ill mother (and my grandmother), Thao Huynh.
But my grandmother is now dying in hospice care in Minnesota. Her condition has worsened quickly. She'll likely pass away in less than a month.
As a devout Catholic, she has received Last Rites and visits from three of her children, all U.S. citizens. My Uncle Phuc, her youngest child, is the only one remaining in Vietnam. They have not seen each other in over a decade.
My grandmother has lived a hard life. She lost her husband and a child (my uncle's twin sister) during her twenties. Afterward, she raised four children by herself while the Vietnam War raged on in her homeland. Despite all this pain, my grandmother is one of the strongest, quirkiest, and kindest people I know. I am proud to be her granddaughter, and it is in her legacy that I am writing this petition.
My family asks Ambassador Ted Osius to let my uncle obtain an expedited B-2 visa. We ask Senators Al Franken and Amy Klobuchar to speak on our behalf to the ambassador. Please help my Uncle Phuc see his mother one last time before she passes away.
