In essence driver's aren’t even worthy of being actual Amazon drivers. The DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) follows Amazon and mimic their leadership styles. The drivers are pitted against each other, a ploy that many are too ignorant to see. Turn over is high by design- no one sticks around to form a collective. This is precisely why Amazon's DSP system is designed the way it is. Without Amazon's Delivery Driver's, Amazon would not be able to flourish like it has. The working environment for these drivers is often more horrible than not. More often than not drivers are put into positions to risk their health & safety. 

If drivers don’t wise up things won’t get better. & They deserve much, much better.
