I have a PlayStation account that I’ve had ever since PlayStation came out that brought me so much joy. But I was recently permanently banned. I lost everything, my digital games, and every add on I bought. I don’t really text people often anymore after I got a 30 day suspension(with no warning), but I was playing MLB the show 20 when I quit and texted my opponent “you have the same team as everybody else” with no disrespect intended. The guy I texted immediately texted me back calling me homophobic slurs and other bad words, so I reported him to avoid any issues. He didn’t respond. I later ended up receiving a bunch of hurtful texts from 3 different guys calling me names and trying to bait me into saying. Something that would get me reported, I tried to turn my messages off but they kept firing. I wasn’t at the best point in my life at the time either(personal reasons), making dealing with these guys even harder, I blocked one and the two others kept saying stuff. Then one of them says “how much for you to unban my friend”. This one text was the text that ruined me. You might think I’m being childish and overreacting about this, but I’m a 16 year old with nothing much going on in my life, and having no friends in school wasn’t helping. That account was my escape. Anyways I thought he was being dumb and I said “$15 cashapp lol” not knowing this text would change my life. I fell right into his trap�. I didn’t know you could be banned for that but the next morning I woke up to an email from PlayStation telling Me I was permanently banned. A piece of me died inside. I’m not very rich but still spent over $800 on that account. I’ve tried contacting PlayStation through live chat but they say they can’t don’t anything hitting me with robotic responses. And I’ve been calling the for over a month now and they are still “closed”. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME TEXT ME HOW TO FIX THIS I KNOW I MADE A MISTAKE WHICH I REGRET BUT THAT ACCOUNT WAS MY LIFE.
