Why this petition matters

Started by Alessandro Cooke

I care because I don't want the Amazon to be destroyed because many younger people will never get to visit it and will never know of its existence. The animals who live there will die of starvation and lack of a natural habitat. The Amazon rainforest is needed to remove carbon dioxide from the air. Climate change will change the earth by contributing to global natural disasters, such as floods, bush fires and tsunamis.
