Deaf people have the right to access streaming platforms like anyone else and multiple platforms do not have this feature available, even if it is available it is rarely accurate and can make things extremely confusing to follow and process. This is extremely unfair and under the equality act of 2010 options should be readily available to people awho are disadvantaged.
