The Residents of SYOSSET, JERICHO & all of North Shore deserve the truth about how many Employees, 18 Wheelers & Delivery Vans will actually be going in and out of 305 Robbins Lane , SYOSSET/ Jericho! 

Recently Amazon announced a change of Plans regarding New Hires causing major concerns for the Nassau County IDA. In fact Representative’s from the NC IDA and Amazon have been in serious discussions about the possibility of a Clawback of Tax Incentive’s that had been approved because Amazon now wants to transfer existing Employees from a Bethpage site they are closing. The IDA is on top of that! 

This Petition is important because the Town of Oyster Bay had a Hearing prior to Site Plan Approval back in 2020 . That Site Plan Approval was based upon a specific Maximum of Employee’s , 18 Wheelers Tractor Trailers and Maximum Amount of Delivery Vans speeding in and out near Two SYOSSET Elementary Schools. We Need A New Hearing Coordinated by the Town of Oyster Bay where they have Amazon Present the “ NEW SIZE OF PROJECT “. The Town Needs to Consider the NEW PROJECT and Revise the Approval Process Accordingly.
