Have bought Whirlpool Fully Automatic Washing Machine from Amazon.in last month, received Damaged product on delivery and hence didn't accept the delivery. Again this month on 1st Nov, bought  Samsung 7 Kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine, this time by mistake we didn't recognize  that again product is damaged as from outside it was looking ok and we accepted the delivery. On 4th Nov when service engineer came to install the product, he mentioned that drum is damaged and hence not installing the product, instead ask us to get replacement from Amazon. But to my dismay Amazon refused to replace the product, saying that as open box inspection was done and you have accepted the product, we will not replace or return the product. I need to contact Samsung company for the same. When I contacted Samsung, they send their representative to inspect the product and refuse to replace the product, saying that you have bought it from Amazon so ask them to replace, we will not going to replace. Now am not knowing whom to contact and how will I get my hard earned money back or at least get replacement.

I have started this petition for Amazon to change their such policy which is not in favor of customer.
