As we all are aware of online shop frauds and might have even experienced one.

I am Tejaswini and I recently brought a new laptop worth 1.32 lakhs a month ago. The first laptop I received had fault and I applied for a replacement hoping to resolve the problem. I totally understand that there are chances that one may experience an difficult situation like this.

On receiving the second replaced laptop, after three weeks I learned that the laptop was sold to me with pre registered warranty and that I was left with only three months for warranty. Unluckily the laptop also is not working well and I am facing lot of issues with the laptop.

I am losing out on lot of time and money. I am a student , each day is very important towards learning. It's been two week I registered the complaint to Amazon.in and haven't received any answer or solution for my problem.

Today it was me, tomorrow it can be anyone amongst us and I don't want anyone to go through the traumatic experience I am going through endlessly calling and complaining with no response.

I want to file this complaint as to set up a duration of three days Amazon.in should take to resolve any issues and provide immediate response.
