Throughout this pandemic we have seen many companies rise to the occasion and help where they are most needed. However recently there has been an uptick in resalers and scalpers overcharging consumers, some times for hundreds of dollars. It seems that popular products that people have been reling to keep themselves sane in these troubling times have been targeted by malicious parties seeking to capitalize on a bad situation and deprive less fortunate individuals of entertainment mediums and other supplies. While Amazon has done a decent job preventing the inflation of toilet paper and sanitizer prices, they seem to be ignoring other such predatory practices. One such case is the Nintendo switch, where MSRP is just shy of $300, resalers have nearly doubled the price.  So I am calling out Amazon as if they are willing to let such a popular and beloved item be used to take advantage of a tragedy, then who is to say they won't prevent it from happening again, or with more important items.

We are calling Amazon to not stop with essentials, but to insure that all products are priced fairly and are accessable to everyone, and to prevent to predatory use of bots to purchase items before any real person even gets a chance and penalize sellers for artificially inflating prices.
