We used to receive our packages within a couple days of ordering them, now we pay premium memberships, for subpar delivery. We don't want anything more than what we used to have. We all wanted to be treated as though we are valuable and important to the success of Amazon. Please find a way to bring back the great service we once had. 

We have supported you for so long, times have gotten tough, we understand that, but we need the rock of stability that was Prime Shipping. We know Amazon can do it.
