Better Customer Service Solution from Amazon India online website.

Recently I ordered a top from Amazon India website. The stuff I received was different from the actual product, so I requested for replacement of original product which I was ordered.
My replacement was supposed to arrive on 2nd July. I generally order my stuff at office address. My another package which belongs to Jabong was kept with guard for pickup.
My Amazon order arrives earlier than expected date 30th June Saturday evening approx 09:00 PM. By that time I was already out from office. Without talking to me Amazon vendor replaced the top with my Jabong top.
When I received message regarding my pickup I tried to call vendor but he didn’t respond the call. After that I again keep on trying him to contact for wrong pickup but again he didn’t respond. I tried to get in touch with Amazon Customer Service representatives and narrate them everything. They suggested to talk with vendor.
Somehow I managed to talk with him on Monday. He said picked stuff already sent to warehouse. Then I write a mail to Amazon customer support regarding my query. They told me to wait for 3-4 days to locate the stuff. After 4 days I again replied on mail and asked how long it will take more to return. They again replied to wait for more 2-3 days. Whenever I enquire about my product they gives me new timeline to wait. I tried to make them understand that particular stuff I have to return to Jabong but everytime they mailed we understand your concern.
After writing so many times they didn’t give proper solution and now they stop responding on my mails.
I am writing it after waiting so long time. Many customer like me probably facing as such problems. These online shopping companies should do better customer service support.
Although loss of amount is not big but It is responsibility of company to resolve customer problem. If they can’t provide solutions they should communicate the customer but it’s totally unprofessional to stop responding on customer problems.
My this petition is on behalf of all customer who is suffering problem from the support your company is providing.
I request all to support it so that these online shopping websites can understand what is selling ethics.
