What I want to achieve through this petition is to get Amazon to take back their brown puffy envelopes for recycling. In case you don't know what I mean, these are brown envelopes with a bubble wrap interior.No recycling centre accepts them!! " They need to be separated " the recyclers told me! So I tried separating! What a worthless job! They refused to separate! Then I thought maybe if they were wet they'd come apart! I refuse to send them to the landfill! With a global corporation like Amazon you can imagine the waste! There is only one place for these things to go to.... the dumps!!!  

I want to be able to send them back to Amazon! They create a fully recyclable alternative !! After all they have the resources to do this. I do use Amazon, I like using Amazon. It is easy and convenient, but I may have to reconsider my use.I can't get the image of brown swooshed envelopes clogging up the earth out of my head. This waste effects our rivers, lakes, soil and oceans!  

Just so you know, I am not a Greta or a crank! I am a just 76 year old grandmother who cares about our earth.
