I have placed many orders using the eCommerce sites. They hand it over to ecomexpress( delivery) they:- 

1. Loot the products.
2. They replace the original products with duplicate ones. 
3. In many cases, They don't deliver the products at all. 
4. They won't complete at least a KYC visit too. 
5. They give us a call to deliver the product, and disconnect the call and duplicates the products, and sends it back to the owner. 

Their delivery representatives are too rude and irresponsible. 

Let us all unite and file this petition and file a complaint in consumer rights too.
