I placed an order on December 10th 2020 for (Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (1x16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 Optimized for AMD Ryzen – Black) (order id- 408-5339906-9197106). When I recieved the product on December 15th 2020 I noticed that I've recieved a wrong product. I placed a replacement request on the same day. Amazon delivery agent picked up the wrongly sent product from me on December 19th 2020 and when I opened the replacement sent (order id- 408-7217350-2960354) infront of the Amazon delivery agent it's was empty, I was sure it was empty because I could only feel the weight of the empty cardboard packet. The delivery agent called the office and told them the incidence and later he inturn took the product I wanted to be replaced.

The agent told me to raise a complaint for the empty box sent so that the refund will be done. The customer care team after raising the complainant told me to wait till 25th December but I got a response from them on 25th December that stating the refund has been declined. They also asked me if I had any evidence for the empty package that was sent I which unfortunately I don't have. I've uploaded the images of the package I received on the link which was sent by live chat. After the re-investigation completed on 5th of January 2021 Amazon sent me a mail saying that the package was delivered to me in intact condition even though I opened the package in front of delivery boy and I immediately visited the Amazon delivery hub on the same day that is 5th January and they told me that they didn't receive any mail or call for confirmation of the empty package that I received and they also said that they'll give evidence that the package was empty. Even after providing enough proof Amazon is not helping me out with my complete refund, so I am attaching few evidences which I have as well as the call recording with the delivery boy, and I've sent the call recording with the delivery boy to the managing director of Amazon who is Amit Agarwal. And after checking the profile of the seller I got to see that I am not the only one received the empty package but other people too received empty packages (screenshots included in the evidence) Do help me out to get my refund as soon as possible!
