It’s part of the heritage of the panhandle of Texas, right along with the Goodnight Ranch and Palo Duo Canyon.

My grandfather Roy C. Davis senior was the editor of the American Quarter Horse Association. It saddens me for numerous reasons that they would even look at another place. I hope they choose to stay but.......

AQHA is an important part of Amarillo’s heritage and draws many people to the city for not only the AQHA museum but many additional activities.

I’ve worked for AQHA in the past. It has always been part of the draw to Amarillo for people passing through. I think AQHA should reconsider moving based on our long history of support.
