The ex-JMB were not able to give satisfactory explanation on our accounts during AGM and refuse to allow owner representatives to check the audited accounts.  

1. Low Sinking Fund Balance

2. Auditing process is highly suspicious

3. Expenditure is exorbitant

Tribunal case has been fixed on 21 March 2022 and I would like to know how many Amansiara house owners feels there is strong reason for the court to grant the tuntutan for an independent auditor.
