Dear President and Members of Board of Directors and Auditor Committee of the American College of Thessaloniki Alumni Association,

Thank you for your term from 2017 to 2019, and the planned elections on February 2020 that were postponed due to covid-19 quarantine.

We kindly wish to address to you the question of your plans for the next invitation for elections,

Please be kind to specify an exact date, with at least 30 day notice so to have all necessary time to form  group candidacies and submit in due time.

Last but not least, we wish to express to you our desire for getting into the era of remote e-voting, so that all alumni, scattered around the world are eligible to place candidacy and vote, given that the teleconference technology is available for virtual Board of Directors meetings.
