You all know our friend and colleague Melvin.  A hard working, professional, passionate, considerate and friendly man.  Im sure you will all agree the news that Melvin has been dismissed has come as a shock to us all.  While at Craigavon there was not a single issue with this man. Always early in and late home. Helping anyone was never a chore.  He was passionate about his job, always listened to his colleagues and would go out of his way to help anyone.  This is the man I had the pleasure to work with and exactly why I have created this petition.

i believe every employee, no matter what the allegations against them, should be given the opportunity to hear the allegations and give a response to each.  All staff involved including those who overheard or witnessed these allegations should also be interviewed.  Then, and only then, can a fully informed decision be made.  Without speaking to all involved how can the allegations be treated as truthful and fact.  

If, like me, you believe Melvin has been treated unfairly and not given the opportunity to voice his side of the story then please sign this petition.  Please ONLY sign if you have had the pleasure of knowing and or working with him.  I do not wish to have the numbers of signatures over inflated.
