Sometime’s people don’t like there hair day or just want to feel comfy , and sometimes people want there style with a extra thing , it dosent hurt anyone , and if school is all about making sure the students feel safe there should be no reason we can’t wear things of such , as long as you can see someone’s face it should be allowed , as long as we are doing “are Job and learning” said by one of my teachers there should be no reason a clothing accessory should distract us from that.
