The U.S.A. is one of the only countries presently requiring all non-immigrant non-citizens entering the United States to be fully vaccinated. This guidance is from November 2021. Instead, we are keeping family and friends from seeing each other after two years of emotional trauma.  Tell the CDC to drop the vaccine requirement and allow all travelers entry to the US with a negative test.
