We the family members, friends, and well-wishers of our beloved Mr. Constant Okombi ask to be granted permission to visit our brother who has been sick since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020. We have tried numerous times and through various means to be allowed to visit and see our brother at his residence in Poughkeepsie, NY but his wife has refused to allow us. Refusal to allow us to visit our brother in his time of need is not only a health issue but a moral issue as well. Family and friends should be able to visit their loved one in their time of need.
