Students who live in Sterry, Lantana, and Butler Halls and drive vehicles, outnumber the number of available Green Pass parking spots in the Edward Gary Street Garage. As the largest freshman class in Texas State History is living in these dorms, we humbly ask that extra room be made available to us on the 4th floor of the garage. (We petition for the 4th Floor of the Edward Gary Street Garage be converted for pay by the hour parking to Green Pass Parking.)
