Went through Cancer, chemo, stem-cell surgery, 2 total hip replacements, chemo-induced neuropathy, severe nerve damage, chronic pain, and unfortunately.... opioid addiction!

I lost relationships, careers, houses, credit, and respect from those around me.

The class action lawsuit has been settled, and the case is now being held up because the Sackler family wants immunity from criminal prosecution.

The settlement is ridiculous with States and the government receiving the lion's share of the settlement compared to what the victims and their families are receiving BUT it's ALL WE'RE GETTING and know eventually... the Sacklers will receive immunity because that's the way our justice system works. 

Supreme Court will eventually grant immunity anyway, victims are not getting more than the few thousand already agreed upon and have to pay lawyers 33% of their settlement.

At least allow us our portion so we can piece together the rest of our lives and move forward...
