With energy rates increasing, the demand for self-sustaining solar energy is becoming more and more relevant and affordable (thanks to the current federal tax credits). Unfortunately, TCC HOA does not allow solar panels to be installed.  Several Bridlegate homeowners have been trying to convince the HOA board to revisit the solar panel issue and, at minimum, have a dialogue about allowing solar panels in the Bridlegate neighborhood of TCC.

At the last HOA meeting on August 2nd, the board agreed to revisit the amendment that banned solar panels from the entire TCC on the condition that a majority of Bridlegate homeowners would agree to allow solar panels. 

In signing this petition, you would hereby agree that Bridlegate homeowners should be allowed to install solar panels on their roof. Whether or not you would install solar panels yourself, you would agree that your neighbor should have the ability to install them if they so choose. 

If you agree to sign, please list your name and address (street number and street name only) so I can mark it off on the our physical list to present to the HOA board.
