Request for listing and integrating Kosovo on PayPal

Recently, Paypal has been closing accounts that have a partial Albanian, and partial Kosovo address. They're not allowing Kosovo residents to use Paypal, we must have only a full Albania address. Paypal replied to our messages that Kosovo's banks didn't want to sign an agreement with Paypal, so this petition is not targeting only Paypal, but also Kosovo's banks and institutions. We want Paypal to recognize Kosovo, and allow us to use their services, but it seems that this can't be achieved without the help of the corresponding Kosovo's institutions.
