Recently for pride month, a group of 3 13 year old queer students made slides for the morning announcements to talk about and educate people on different sexualities. On June 3rd they were made aware that the slides were no longer allowed to be shared because of the regulations. A day prior, during sex ed the students were told that the teacher was not allowed to cover homosexuality or transgender under these regulations. This is detrimental to queer students because they are not being represented. They are being oppressed in school. Sign this petition so we can show that people care and want a change.
