Objective: To allow non-employee, licensed, independent transaction coordinators to provide transaction coordination expertise to licensed real estate professionals from any brokerage within the state of Arizona.

How this benefits the Public, Licensed Salespersons, and Brokerages:
Brokerage: Boutique brokerages have the ability to market trusted/experienced Transaction Coordinators without the financial responsibility of hiring a salaried Transaction Coordinator. Overall, Brokers have confidence their files are being handled compliantly. A TC is employed by an agent since we help the buyer, seller, the real estate agents, the lenders, and even the escrow company with gathering and organizing all the paperwork to complete a transaction.
Licensed Salesperson: Agents would have the freedom to move from brokerage to brokerage to best fill their business needs. Most agents that have a licensed, independent TC have built a strong business relationship with that TC and therefore, cannot easily move to another brokerage, that might better suit their needs in other areas of their business, since they will lose their business relationship with that TC. This creates a hardship, by loss of time and/or revenue, for the agent and makes for a difficult business decision: do they stay where they are unhappy or lose the partnership and spend time and money replacing their business partner (the TC). Like a brokerage, this allows the Salesperson to have financial freedom of not hiring a salaried administrative assistant. 
Public: With the benefits to the Licensed Salesperson and Brokerages mentioned above, this provides allows the Salespersons to allocate their time by focusing on providing the expected fiduciary duty to their client(s) and/or exceeding that expectation by by relieving some of the administrative requirements that a licensed, independent TC handles. With a licensed, independent TC being a part of the transaction, it allows for a smoother client experience by overseeing the various requirements needed by each vendor.
