The EU has evoked the Temporary Protection Directive which among other things, means Ukrainians will be given temporary residency status without having to go through complex asylum procedures.

We were told that leaving the EU would allow us to move more swiftly with legislation in order to better cater to the needs and desires of British Citizens. Our Government has failed to live up to our expectations or the expectations of the rest of Europe, if not the World, with respect to Ukraine refugees.

We, the British People have accepted the embarrassment of the innumerable scandals we have been subject to, however we are not prepared to be ashamed of our country's response to the Ukrainian refugee crisis. We demand that the British Government immediately grant Ukrainian refugees temporary residency status without having to go through complex procedures.
