Our family has been selling firewood on Old Tucker Road for 40+ years as a service to our community - neighbors can buy firewood locally, tree companies aren't filling landfills with usable firewood and saving neighbors money by accepting their downed trees so they don't have to pay a haul off fee. Firewood is a lot of work, we definitely aren't getting rich but we truly enjoy being a part of our community, spending time talking with neighbors, meeting new neighbors and making new friends.  An anonymous complaint was made to Gwinnett County Code Enforcement and now we are facing the possibility of fines and not being allowed to sell firewood from our yard.
