The Two Party System, henceforth called the UniParty, has made it very difficult for new parties to be recognized.  The current requirement is almost 14,000 signatures that must be gathered on paper and pen.  Since the electronic system had evolved so much that it is safe to use for actual elections, Why is gathering signatures via electronic methods not permitted?  We need to catch up to the technology and times and allow electronic petitioning.
