We the people of India have to pay bribes to get most of the govt work done. Getting a electricity or water connection, any property related or other work with local, state or central govt agencies, there is bribe to be paid to get the work done. All this cost common man money, govt should allow these expenses to be listed in IT filing as "Other expenses"
