John and Bob Graves purchased 6075 E. Henrietta Road (formerly Rush Trading Company) with the intention of rebuilding the 2 upper apartments that were removed prior to them acquiring the building.   The apartments had been there since before 1980.

Since we have been asked so often about available apartments,  they would also like to make the lower front area an apartment as well.  By creating additional apartments, the town will benefit by having more people visiting the restaurants and other places of business.

Now, the Town of Rush is telling us that the building is for commercial use only.  This petition is to support Bob and John’s request to allow apartments in their building.  The enforcement of the Current Guidelines will impact other buildings with apartments as well.
