Medically transport (via air ambulance) Robert Davis Sr. back to the US

Robert Davis Sr. went to Germany with his oldest son at
the end of September. A travel insurance policy with Allianz was purchased at the time of travel.

While there, Bob had loss of movement in his arms and legs
and is now at the Charite University hospital in Berlin. He has since been
diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome and is also dealing with cancer that is not being treated at this time. He has been in the hospital there since
October 1, 2012 - since the extent of medical insurance coverage has been
exhausted, the hospital is treating him minimally.

In order for him to recover and be treated properly, he needs to be
returned to the United States immediately. Under the terms of the travel
insurance policy, Bob has up to $75,000 worth of medical emergency
tranport coverage. Allianz Global Assistance is refusing to allow medical
transport via air ambulance (necessary for his current condition) and
insisting he travel commercially. The hospital has determined that he is
not medically stable to fly commercially. We have a letter from the doctors at the Charite Hospital stating his return to the USA is necessary via air emergency transportation.

Because of the insurance company's refusal to properly transport Robert Davis by the means necessary, there is now a large possibility that he will pass away over in Germany, and/or it be too late to properly treat him.

Do the right and human decency thing.
