After being closed for renovations for over a year, our dearly beloved Annata is reopening as Allelo.  Annata built its reputation and built its way into our hearts with its build your own charcuterie, fantastic wine list, and sacchetti pasta that still haunts my dreams. In the words of the executive chef Alex Pyser “charcuterie will still be a highlight, those build-your-own charcuterie and cheese boards Annata was known for are gone.”

The heart and soul of Annata has been stolen and replaced with a bitter dupe of what once was a thriving gathering. Which is ironic since the new owners decided to change annata to allelo claiming it is Greek for gathering. 

This is all a ploy to keep the Annata fan base and then bait and switch us to a completely new restaurant that doesn’t even resemble the heart of what we loved there.

This petition is to demand we get back our pick our own charcuterie and bring back the reason we loved Annata.
