The URA is responsible for land that has been taken to improve the area when this is done the community where the land is that Community is allowed to make Community Agreements to make sure those people who was effected by this change have some kind of say.  these agreements are made by community groups who must deal with the developers to have these community agreements signed. We believe this process belongs to the URA who holds the land and the power to make sure the community best interest is kept in the forefront when left with community groups to deal with the developers it makes it harder to get a fair deal for the community and hurts relationships in the community.  it brings harm. We demand that  this harm stops! Going forward the URA and The Community group should come to agreement and the URA will get the developers to sign. This will solve this problem. We want peace with our leaders so they can do the best job for the community.
