The current Tory government is out of control and causing immense damage to the country in all sectors. We need to get them out of power asap. Our current voting system of 'first past the post' enables them to win election after election, and does not represent clearly the views of the electorate.
Making every vote count via proportional representation will go a long way towards achieving a far fairer and truthful expression of electorate choice than our present system.
A new party,committed to introducing PR, if elected could pass these changes into law and if necessary then go back to the electorate for a further election based on these new laws.
