1. For the past 5- 6 years, Members of the MDA Council have managed to create an exclusive club within the Association.

2.  Hence , members of  MDA Council nominate each other AMONG THEMSELVES -  hence there is a perceived situation of Recycling.

3. The perks & privileges of the Association are enjoyed by these selected few COUNCIL MEMBERS ONLY. ( year in & year out )

4. These few council members have worded the Constitution of the Association to suit themselves.

5. Accounts have not been clear nor transparent .Members who seek clarification at AGMs are invited to a Private viewing and are asked to keep it confidential.

6. When a "Profit and Loss" accounts of an event is requested by members ..an evasive response is given

7. Budget for each committee are not given in black & white.

8. Services provided by committee member of various MDA Committees are not considered as services to the Association. Hence this is also not considered as being eligible for elections though due diligence has been performed by these dedicated members.
