Dear Datuk Tan Hon Lim,

We seek to hold a dialogue with your good self on how we can enhance the value of the ongoing developments In Precint 3. Many of us have invested into your vision and relocated our family here for a safe yet vibrant community with endless possibilities. But there are much to improve on in order to get there. One main issue with our DMC is that the agreement is favouring the developer who has the sole discretionary powers to decide and operate, with no recourse for the owners when the developers fail to carry out their duties.

We call upon your good office to intervene at the behest of all the residents in Precint 3. We look forward to a mutual resolution to our discontentment.
