Because of COVID-19 investing the world and people not being smart enough to wear masks and social distance, UW-Madison has been forced to go hybrid (it’s really just online). This has caused friends to be separated. One of my dear friends and fellow Chancellor Scholar, Sebel F., has remained at home. Hopefully, somehow... someway... this petition will bring Sebel where all his friends and support system is waiting for him. In short, pls come back Sebel you’re a king :).
