Due to the fact that most people are now staying home and only leaving their homes for essential reasons I feel that the risk factors on their insurance policies have changed dramatically and due to this that the insurance providers should offer part refunds to policy holders for this reason. The risk of break- ins to houses when people are in residence is less and the amount of miles driven and speeds reached with more local driving and less cars on the roads means less risk to policy holders. The profits of the insurance companies will increase through paying out on less claims and due to the hardships people are currently experiencing they should help their customers with a gesture of a refund.
